Linksy is a professional networking platform developed and operated by RATHNA Products, a division of RATHNA Groups. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Linksy.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post false or misleading content, harass other users, send spam, scrape data, impersonate others, or use the platform for any illegal activity.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Linksy / RATHNA Products a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Professional Conduct

All interactions must be respectful and professional. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.

7. Jobs & Recruitment

Job listings must be genuine and accurate. RATHNA Products is not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process. Fraudulent listings will be removed.

8. Premium Subscription

• Premium payments are via UPI and verified manually by RATHNA Products admins.
• Activation may take a few hours after payment submission.
• Refunds are not provided once Premium is activated, except for technical errors on our part.
• Premium may be revoked if the account violates these terms.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Data is removed within 30 days of deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Linksy and RATHNA Products are provided “as is” without warranties. RATHNA Products is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email and in-app notification.

Linksy is operated by RATHNA Products, a division of RATHNA Groups. We are the data controller for your personal information collected through Linksy.

2. Data We Collect

• Account: Name, email, password, phone number.
• Profile: Headline, bio, city, country, role, photo, experience, education, skills.
• Activity: Posts, comments, reactions, connections, messages, job applications.
• Files: Profile photos, resumes, certificates (stored in Google Drive).
• Usage: Pages visited, search queries, login timestamps, profile views.
• Payment: UPI Transaction ID only (for Premium verification — no card/bank details stored).
• Google OAuth: Name, email, profile picture, Google ID (if you sign in with Google).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To display your profile and enable networking.
• To personalise your feed, job recommendations, and suggestions.
• To send notifications about account activity.
• To verify Premium payments.
• To ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
• To send service emails (welcome, password reset, account updates).

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive under RATHNA Products’ Google Workspace.
• Session tokens are stored in your browser’s localStorage and persist until you log out or clear browser data.
• ⚠ Password note: Passwords are currently stored in plain text. Use a unique password for Linksy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with: other Linksy users (your profile/posts), Google (for storage infrastructure), and when required by law.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Sign-In may set its own cookies.

7. Your Rights

• Access & correct your data via profile settings.
• Delete your account and all data (removed within 30 days).
• Control visibility of your profile and posts.
• Request data export by contacting us.

8. Children’s Privacy

Linksy is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
