Linksy is a professional networking platform developed and operated by RATHNA Products, a division of RATHNA Groups. Linksy enables professionals, students, recruiters, and businesses to connect, share knowledge, find jobs, and grow their careers.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Linksy.
• By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
• If using Linksy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering.
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit permission.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights.
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Manipulate or artificially inflate engagement metrics (likes, connections, etc.).

Content You Post

You retain full ownership of content you post on Linksy (posts, comments, profile information, uploaded files). By posting, you grant RATHNA Products / Linksy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

• You may delete your content at any time from your account.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines.
• Uploaded files (photos, resumes, certificates) are stored securely in Google Drive under RATHNA Products' workspace.

Professional Conduct

Linksy is a professional networking platform. All interactions — posts, messages, comments, and connection requests — must be respectful, professional, and constructive. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate community standards, including but not limited to hate speech, discrimination, or repeated harassment.

Jobs & Recruitment

• Employers posting jobs must ensure listings are genuine, accurate, and legal.
• Linksy / RATHNA Products is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the outcome of any hiring process.
• Fraudulent job postings will be removed and the account suspended.
• Applicants are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities before applying.

Premium Subscription

• Linksy Premium is a paid subscription offering additional features.
• Payments are processed via UPI and verified manually by RATHNA Products administrators.
• Premium access is activated only after payment verification. This may take a few hours.
• Refunds are not provided once Premium is activated, except in cases of technical error on our part.
• RATHNA Products reserves the right to modify Premium pricing or features with prior notice.
• Premium access may be revoked if the account violates these terms.

Account Termination

• We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Linksy and RATHNA Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RATHNA Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

RATHNA Products may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification and email. Continued use of Linksy after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
